The Arc Family Reaches highest goal ever!

The employees and consumers celebrated with breakfast cooked by the management team Friday, June 26 the conclusion of the 2009-2010 membership campaign success.

The employees raised over $7,400 by becoming members of The Arc. Proceeds from the employee campaign portion will be used to renovate the wellness and physical fitness room utilized by everyone at The Arc. Overwhelmingly eager in support of the programs and services provided by The Arc employees make a wonderful difference. The Board of Directors and the parents of consumers are joining daily making the family first support outstanding. Nearly 350 people have joined the ranks of membership. We hope you will do the same.

Proceeds from Individuals in the Community Memberships will be used to fund companion services for people to do volunteer work in non profits throughout the community. With your help people will get training and learn new job skills. Afterwards consumers may find placement into paying jobs within the community.
