Volunteering with The Arc of Alachua County
There is truly no better way to donate yourself and your time to a cause then to volunteer. We love our volunteers and could not have the success we do day to day or at events with out them. Whether you simply have the free time and want to help, or you are an educator with an extended break from school. No matter the reason, we are glad you are thinking of us and the developmentally disabled.
To get involved and start volunteering please print out, fill out and return the volunteer application. You can fax it to 352-334-4059 or scan it and email it in to this address.
As with all volunteers we will check your references and perform a background screening to make sure we are being safe. It is also important to us that you enjoy your time volunteering with The Arc so we will want to talk with you and find a little out about your interests, past experinces, and what brought you to us as a volunteer.
